Once again I find myself wanting to write. The lesson for today is that life is far too precious to waste it away.

Stop what you are thinking in this very moment. Close your eyes after reading this. Listen to the first sound your busy mind is capable to hear. It could be anything: a frozen bird outside your window, the sound of music filling your ears…  Just listen. What do you feel? Emptiness? Loneliness? … No. OK. Then perhaps you have the strange feeling of your own body, of your own breath, your sweet own heart beat.

Wanna know what your greatest problem is? … OK. No?... OK. I was going to tell you anyway.

Pick up from the heart beat. Listen a few moments to it. Funny how regular it is taking into account the chaotic life you have, isn’t it? Call it another wonder of nature. OK. Listen to the heart beat. What does it remind you of?...
…you have 5 minutes to think about this. No, it isn’t too much. In order to focus only on the beating of your heart takes time. Do this in your own time, and don’t worry, you will certainly know how long it takes.

Wake up. Open your eyes. Wake up.
NO, you were not sleeping.
Now, what is that last thing you thought of ?
That is your greatest problem… or obsession… or fear…
